Today, I knew I needed to answer the, “How do you feel today,” questions. I feel great! I am not sore, nor do I hurt. I cannot believe that 24 hours ago I walked 10 miles!
I’m not at a place physically where I can walk 10 miles a day, or even 3 miles a day, but I have a goal and know that the only way to get to it is one day and one decision at a time.
My goal is simple, I want to lose 100 pounds. While it is a lot, it is doable, and the best part is I have a medical team that supports my goal and determination to get there, be it a year from now or three! We are setting mini-goals along the way to chip away one pound at a time.
