My husband and I have Fitbits and I challenged him to the workweek hustle this week. While I totally crushed it, I lost by about 1K steps. With my increased energy and interest in being more active, I upped my Fitbit back to the standard 10K steps. I had taken it down to 5K after my shoulder injury and being in a sedative role at an old job thinking it would be better to shoot for 5K when I was only getting about 2K steps per day.
This slight change got me to thinking. Can I walk 100 miles in a month? That thought quickly turned to my goal for the next month is to walk 100 miles. Okay here goes, I’m off on a 100-mile challenge with myself.
